Taking A Look At Temperance Flat

There has been a great deal of interest this summer in viewing the site of the proposed Temperance Flat Reservoir’s dam in the upper end of Millerton Lake. One such informational trip involved three members (from left) of the Fresno City Council — Clint Olivier, Oliver L. Baines and  Steve Brandau. . They were accompanied (right) by Friant Water Authority General Manager Ronald D. Jacobsma and Assistant Manager Mario Santoyo. The reservoir, if fully developed, would have a capacity of 1.2 million acre-feet.
